Boozyless: Meditation & Psychedelics Discussion w/ Andy Wolfe (founders)
A special edition of our Boozyless non-alcoholic happy hour. In addition to opening up our ever-expanding non-alcoholic bar, we'll have Friend of the Fridge and tech-founder turned founder mindfulness coach, Andy Wolfe join us. Andy will touch upon some of his extensive experience with plant medicine and lead a discussion on the dos, don'ts, and gotchas of psychedelics. Happy Hour at 4:30 with a discussion around 5:15. Andy Wolfe is the founder of Sati Leadership Coaching, which helps kind CEOs find lasting peace and freedom. Previously, he founded and exited ROIKOI, served as Senior Product Manager at Square Root, received the Genius Grant at Bazaarvoice, earned a 4.0 in Computer Science at Columbia University on academic scholarship, and graduated valedictorian at St. Andrew’s boarding school, where he started a photography business to finance international travel to learn three foreign languages. Andy has completed a two-year meditation teacher training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, a yearlong coaching training with the Hendricks Institute, a yearlong Buddhist psychology training, a 200-hour yoga teacher training, and has practiced more than 4,000 hours of meditation, including seven months on retreat. Andy has participated in 30+ ayahuasca journeys + dozens with other psychedelics. He lives in the remote jungle of Central America with his dog Barkley and surfs daily.
