Gezellig Sessions: Art + Live Music Night

Our art night is back, now in a new space. Come join, explore live music in an art gallery, and meet the gezellig community 💌 THE SPACE: Galerie Son is a gallery for international modern and contemporary art located right next to Museum Island, looking straight across at Berliner Dom. ART: The current exhibition on display is "2 Portraits" by Zhiyi Liu (China) and Yanggu Heo (South Korea), showing two very different ideas of what a portrait can be - one abstract, one closer to realism - side by side in the same room. LIVE MUSIC: At 8 pm, live musicians take over, playing some tunes for us, with genres like indie/indie-pop. First time at Gezellig? Check our past recap. This is a very cosy space and our first time in it - spots are limited. Heads up, seating is on the floor, so feel free to bring a pillow or something comfy to sit on (it's a spotless space, promise). PROGRAM: 7 pm - doors open, exhibition viewing. 8 pm - brief welcome, then the music starts. 10 pm - event wrap-up. See you there 🫶🏻
