Consider this your cognitive gym Social media is making us dumber, more depressed, and more anxious. AI is degrading our ability to think critically, come up with new ideas, and express our individuality. These are the two culprits of brain rot. How this event works 1 hour of reading 1 hour of writing No screens allowed It's really that simple. Just a little bit of daily focused reading and writing, can reverse years of brain rot. NOTE: Bring whatever kind of reading you'd like. It could be a book, a short story, some poems, or even articles you printed out from online. You can also write about whatever you like. It can be a letter to your mom, a dissertation, or a reflection on the works you just read. It doesn't have to be professional, and it doesn't even have to be good. This is a cognitive gym, which means any effort is good effort. This event is a collaboration with Nicole Stump, writer of Stumped by Nature.
