Sleepgym Summer Sports Day

Old school sports day. SLEEPGYM style. This July we're taking over Barnes Elms Sports Trust for an afternoon of full nostalgic sports day chaos – a throwback to school in the 90s. Retro kits. Relay races. Tug of war. Egg & spoon. Rounders. Long jump. 100m sprints. A DJ playing the songs we used to download on our Sony Ericssons. Some of our favourite wellness brands will be there too, with experiences and products throughout the day. 200+ people coming together for an afternoon of movement, nostalgia, connection and a bit of inner-child chaos. So dig out your plimsolls and come ready to compete. This is our biggest event to date – and we want you there.
