Step into a new way to party on Friday night. In this collaboration between The Kindling and ZĀR, we’re melding the world of breath and sound into a seamless night of ritualistic rhythms and dancing for deeper connection. The night begins with breathwork to help ground you, the heat of the sauna to support heart-opening connection, and ice bath speed rounds to strip away the noise and just be present with someone new. Then we turn up the energy and dance. What to expect 💨 Guided breathwork to land in your body 🔥 Hot sauna and aromatherapy to open up 🧊 Ice bath rounds to come into presence 🎵 Ritualistic rhythms by ZĀR 🕺 Dancing to let go and find joy 🧘‍♂️ A closing meditation to integrate the night ⚡️ Non-alc drinks with a boost of energy from Disco Fizz Your hosts for the evening Brian Lamy is a breathwork facilitator, therapist, and sober gay man creating experiences for queer men to deepen their connection and belonging to themselves and each other. ZāR is a New York series of gatherings rooted in ritual, rhythm, and release, inspired by a centuries-old musical and communal tradition that has traveled across the Middle East, continuously evolving with every generation it touched. ZāR turns the dance floor into a space for connection as much as movement. Othership guides will lead us through breathwork, ice baths, and connection moments throughout the night. We’ll set up the rest of the night for you. 🌈 This night is open to men and non-binary individuals who identify as gay, bi, trans, or queer. 👉 This event is alcohol- and substance-free.
